It’s quite true. I am truly blessed. This doesn’t mean that I’m spared difficulties or challenges it simply means that I see them more as an opportunity to grow and learn. Sometimes in the midst of it all it’s hard to point your thinking that way, but I try. Prayer helps me focus my mind and spirit and calm my troubled heart.
Some people find that meditation is helpful in finding their center and reducing their stress. Meditation is good, but try counting your blessings and see how you feel!
