Tears

I spent some time in tears today....cleaning the sink up and loading the dishes. Sobbing the entire time.

I needed to do it. It was cathartic. I cleaned and I cleaned, something I do when I'm upset.

I'm thankful for the cleansing of my tears. The release....

Endorphins

Today I walked a mile on the track at the gym and then did laps in the pool and then water aerobics class.

I've been happy all day. Up. What a difference from the fall when I spent most of my day curled into the fetal position and under the covers.

Go me!

Grateful to sleep in...

This morning is Sunday morning and we're generally in a rush to make sure the four offspring are bathed and dressed and ready for church.

Not so this morning.

Oh, we're going, we're just going later. Our ward/congregation meeting times have changed to the later slot and so this morning instead of getting up early.... I slept till 8. Ahhhhhhh yes. Twas lovely.
