Learning

Isn't it a wonderful thing that we can keep on taking in information? Our brains seem to be enormous sponges, soaking up everything around us.

Doesn't it make sense to put things into our heads that are beautiful? That are worthy and good and not the things of this world that tend to drag people down into the gutter?

Look up, read good works, think good thoughts, care for one another and things in life will always improve.

I'm so thankful that I am learning so much with this new business venture of mine. So grateful.

Conference

Today I'm thankful for many things, much like my friend and fellow blogger had to say about just why she loves General Conference Weekend. I SO loved her reasons.

- A "Get out of church FREE" card
- No church clothes
- A week off from preparing lessons
- An excuse to sit around in your jammies watching TV all weekend

Plus we get to listen to the Prophet and be spiritually fed.

Ok, yes at one point I fell asleep on the couch, but I'd been up until four in the morning writing another eBook for a client, so I think I should get bonus points for trying to stay awake the entire time!

I'm thankful for General Conference....
